Models + Patterns is currently an alpha experience operated by McQuillen Interactive Pty. Ltd. in Australia. This short policy explains the limited information we handle while the site is in testing.
While Models + Patterns is in alpha we only request an email address (and an optional name or message) so we can send product updates. Server logs may capture basic technical information such as IP address, browser, and timestamps for security purposes.
We do not collect payment information or detailed learner records at this stage, and we never sell personal information.
We rely on a small number of sub-processors to operate the alpha, including our Australian hosting provider and the EU-hosted version of PostHog for privacy-focused product analytics. These vendors act under written agreements and cannot use your data for their own purposes.
If required by law we may disclose information to Australian authorities or other regulators with valid legal requests, and we will notify you unless prohibited.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the limited personal information we hold by emailing privacy@mcquilleninteractive.com. We will respond in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
If you are located in the EU or UK you may also contact dpo@mcquilleninteractive.com to exercise GDPR rights, and we will reply within 30 days where practical.
