By visiting the site you confirm that you understand Models + Patterns is in a limited alpha release, functionality may be removed without notice, and no commercial services are promised at this time.
Models + Patterns is an alpha-stage project. Features are incomplete, may be unstable, and are made available solely for evaluation and feedback. We can change or discontinue any part of the experience at any time.
Alpha access is discretionary and we do not guarantee uptime, support, or data retention beyond what is required by Australian law. We may revoke access without notice.
If you create an account, keep your credentials secure and only use the platform for lawful evaluation purposes. Do not copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Because access is free, we may suspend or delete accounts that pose a risk, breach these terms, or violate Australian law.
During alpha we only collect email addresses (and any optional details you send us) so we can share updates. We do not process payments or store billing information.
We use the EU-hosted version of PostHog for aggregated product analytics to understand how testers navigate the site. By participating you consent to this limited tracking.
Models + Patterns does not charge for access during alpha and we are not yet offering paid services. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties, promises, or service levels beyond those required by Australian consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from use of this experimental release. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the service.
